A dirty towel on door when we arrived, no bed table for one side of bed, floors and furniture needed some up dating . BUT, the lady at the desk was so friendly and apoligetic. She was lovely to deal with.

No breakfast, cold coffee, no tv remote, halls stink of pot, light on phone kept flashing, I asked the morning lady about these things and she was an ass, hardest bed I have ever slept on, bad enough that I won’t trust Expedia ratings again.

Very unkept property with lot of smoking smell when property is supposed to be non smoking property, reception and front entrance was full of smoke smell, lobby and hallway had trash on floor Advertised as free breakfast but had no breakfast Mattress cover were partly ripped Never stay in extended stay motels again

Our stay was horrible. Paid for a king bed and pull out couch. Couch mattress had no sheets and was covered with stains! No dishes in kitchen. Will never stay there again.
