I want full refund for 9/2 through 9/4. Paid for room based on overnight flight. Arrived early Morning 9/3 due to travel and was told I could not check-in until 3pm 9/3. I booked and paid based on overnight travel as suggested. This arrangement was not honored. I did not stay at hotel. I want full refund. Still waiting to hear from hotel management. No call to date.

Don't stay. found bedbug on my pillow I found Bedbug crowing on my neck middle of the night and caught it. I presented the bug at the front desk in the morning and a lady said sorry, she will report it. I don't know what to expect after this. I will never stay there in the future.

Kitchen area was very dirty. The towels were full of animal hair and so was the bedding

Do not waste your time or money on this hotel. Especially when you have Sonesta right next door! Our room stunk and we couldn’t get the smell out. Hallways stunk and people smoking under our room to where we could smell it while in our room. We were on the second floor and my daughter went to the bathroom and we get a call to stop jumping.. um hello, it was my daughter walking to the bathroom. We could also hear people above us walking, but we didn’t call and complain.

Hotel is dated. Rust on the burner. Carpet feels too old.
