Just ok Friendly, personable staff. However they had no breakfast because they order had not come in. The morning clerk scrounged around and found some dried oatmeal packets for my two kids. They should have mentioned this at check in. The in room fridge hummed and made noises, until I gave it a frustrated kick. FYI, they still enforced masking protocols in the lobby, etc. Fine with me, but again I didn't know and didn't have one. No fault of the people, but internet and phones were also out.

The entire hotel REEKED of Marijuana. The entrance, the hallways. It was overpowering. Much less perceptible in my room, which was clean and comfortable. I would never stay here again.

RESERVED & PREPAID ROOM WAS 'UNAVAILABLE' AT CHECK-IN. NOT ACCEPTABLE. FORCED TO TAKE A SMALLER ROOM & NO DISCOUNT OFFERED AT ALL FOR INCONVENIENCE. FRONT DESK CLERK WAS EXCESSIVELY CHATTY & INEFFICIENT. TOOK OVER 10 MIN TO CHECK IN DESPITE HAVING A PREPAID RESERVATION THRU TRAVELOCITY. SLOW ELEVATOR. NOT ENOUGH LINENS OR CUPS IN ROOM.

We reserved a non-smoking suite, but upon arrival the room smelled horrible and had an overwhelming cigarette odor. So much that myself, my wife, and two daughters could not stay in it. We can tolerate a lot, but this was simply too much. We were offered a “refund”(which we still waiting for), but they did not have another room available, so we had to look elsewhere on short notice. This proved troublesome, as all other hotels in the area were also sold out that night, leaving us without a place to stay.

Scammers and con-artist. Staff suck and so the the company as a whole. Charged my card after I cancelled the reservation, and never stayed there. Terrible place to even consider staying
