So Bad, We Left. Left after 2 hours. No sofa bed or rollaway as promised with reservations made over 3 months in advance. Room smelled of smoke.

The room had a terrible odor. Not sure if someone had cooked in it prior to our arrival. No silverware, plates. All drawers were empty. No hairdryer.

Not very clean smoky smell Smoky smell, 2 hotels with same name on same street caused extra Uber ride, long check in. Overall not good.

Cheap service They charged for a second towel and wouldn't clean the room even once over 4 days.

Close to 480 & Great Northern Mall I was born in Cleveland & had to return for a funeral. Needed an inexpensive hotel on last minute notice. This is a solid 2 star hotel with kitchen and free, safe parking. My only complaint was the room had an overwhelming pungent odor like a bitter, unpleasant carpet cleaning chemical. I had to Febreze all my luggage after returning home because this smell got on everything. Doubt I'd ever stay here again unless the room odor situation is fixed.

Bed bugs Stayed for three nights. Room smelled heavily of marijuana from previous guests. But stayed due to very late check in. Second night I saw little spots of blood on my pillow and upon closer examination small bites on the back of my head. Turns out there were bed bugs. Staff was apologetic and helpful by quickly moving me to another room. I was told manager was away for the weekend and will call me on Monday. I never did receive a call.

Almost decent hotel. "Breakfast" was a joke. Beds felt like they were on their second or third location. Would not stay there again.

Free continental breakfast was worthless! You have to call and ask for utensils, pans, glasses, and even the coffee maker! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I stayed at other suites and they had a living room and bedroom and full kitchen fully stocked with everything including dish soap to do your dishes with. I thought getting a suite was going to be like the other hotel (Hawthorn). The staff was great but will not choose one of these again.
