Wretched Experience We had two rooms for four days and things went from bad to worse right from arrival. Pros: - The room was spacious Cons: - We were constantly provided different and inaccurate information by staff members - Staffing shortages led to our rooms not being together - One of our rooms smelled of arm pits and takeaway food - None of our rooms were cleaned once during our whole time there because they were suites and suites only get cleaned once per week. Nice hotel staff, mediocre stay Hotel was newly renovated. The WiFi at many times did not work sufficiently. Hotel staff however was great & tried to be helpful. Hotel actually ran out of shampoo at one point.
No housekeeping???? This hotel should not be part of Expedia's mystery hotels. The hotel staff told me "I knew what I was getting when I chose to book this hotel, an extended stay." No I didn't . I find it extremely odd that in my 6 days I was there , I was not scheduled for any housekeeping services, When I inquired, I was told that if I stayed 7 days or more, I would have housekeeping on the 7th day. It is Extended Stay America policy that guests staying less than 7 nights do not get a stayover service. I am so disappointed that Linda was extremely rude. Please accept my apology. Front desk issue's Janette who tried to check us in was totally incompetent and after 25 minutes she couldn't get the copier to work to satisfy her paperwork requirement. It turned is an exchange of words and we soon left to go to another hotel. Getting the guests into their rooms should be a priority if there was an issue with the fax/copier.
Nasty room!!! Room was filthy, trash everywhere, cigarette ashes all over the place, and stained bedding. Dead bugs in bathroom and furniture was in bad condition. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone....there is a reason it's so cheap

Not worth the money I was extremely disappointed with this facility. I have stayed at other extended stay hotels that were very comfortable and less price. In regards to this facility the room was not a comfortable place to stay the room had an odor everytime the air conditioner went on, the bed was extremely hard and the pillows extremely soft, it took the 3 to make up 1 pillow and I will make sure that I do not stay at this establishment again.
Got off to a poor start and went down hill. We checked in and were given room key cards. They didn't work in the door to the room. Went back down to the lobby and the attendant "fixed" them. Went back up to the room and the keys worked but someone was already occupying the room. Went back to lobby to find that we were given the wrong room. New key cards were made for a different room. I would not recommend It was horrible, and when I tried to move because of a security issue, your representative told me I would have to pay $500.00 or to move to another hotel, I thought would be more secure. The representative was rude, did not understand what the problem was and did not understand normal English too well. The hotel evening personnel was understanding and tried to get me a better room, but incident was already bad. The rest of the stay got worse.
