Not at all impressed When we arrived there was a line. When my turn came, the reception person started talking to a person in back of me and helped her first, giving her a non-smoking room. After signing in, I was given one room key even though my husband was standing right there and the person in front of and behind me were offered two keys even though they were alone. When I finally got my room, it turned out to be smoking. I was told there were no non-smoking rooms available unless I wanted to pay more. Which I did becaus... read more

Overnight at Homestead Cleveland Airport The hotel service desk was fine. But I assumed that a hotel being advertized as an "Airport" hotel would have shuttel service to the airport. It does not. A coffee maker but no cups. No water glasses. In short, no amenities. For the low price I didn't expect much. If I were staying a week it would have been fine. I would have got what I needed. But for just an overnight for flight connections... well I will stay elsewhere in the future.
