Reception staff was very rude and unprofessional, they were keeping “I will be back” sign at the desk used to leave the desk for ling time. While booking this property online, I had requested extra comforter which I never got. Lift was not working, we had to lift and carry tge baggage. People atayimg on the upper floors were causing disturbance by thumping and making loud noises while walking for the whole night. Rooms/ bedding was not clean. We booked 2 rooms for a few days for business. The rooms were filthy and unsanitary. The sheets were stained and the floors were extremely dirty. There was a raw onion left in the fridge. It was as if the rooms were never cleaned or sanitized prior to our stay. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Shame on Extended Stay America brand for allowing this to happen. Shame on Expedia for placing this hotel in their list. Very disappointed.

It was a ok stay the breakfast is a grab and go I didn’t like that at all also the room smelled like smoke the whole hallway smelled like smoke on the first floor just cigarettes plain through. The staff was amazing but wouldn’t stay there again I see they didn’t clean correctly because there was a used bar of soap sitting right on top of the bathtub very much DISGUSTED

If i make a reservation 2 weeks in advance and pre pay,my room should be ready when I get there. IT WASN'T.

They over booked the rooms and did first come first serve so the people or arrived later had no rooms but it already charged all of our cards (there was me and 2 other families that got turned away and told the same thing that they had been full since 5:30 am) we all booked throughout yesterday, I was told by a previous employee this specific hotel does this all the time.
