The breakfast is nonexistent if younot there first you dont get one of the 3 muffins they put out or one of the 5 cups of coffee no sugar or creamer

Can’t trust hotel I reserved a room at 8:30 am for that evening. at 4:30 pm when I was heading to the hotel, I received a call telling me that there was no room available. The hotel rep said the third party online reservation site information was outdated!

We arrived an hour after check-in time, so it's like we were trying to get an early check-in. There was a line out the door and the lobby was packed - not a good sign. The hotel did not have any rooms cleaned and did not know when they would. 90% of the people trying to check-in came into town for the Rolling Stones concert. Bad checkin I booked and paid for the room in April, but on arrival (3:15 pm) we had to wait in a slow line and were told they were cleaning the rooms and were going on a list to wait for a room. There was one desk person checking in people and taking phone calls. They finally added a second. Then she was saying something about having to pay before going on the list. We were upset and only stayed because we didn’t know if we could find another place at that point.

We were supposed to have a 3pm check in. When we arrived at 4:30 there were 5 or more families waiting to get their rooms. The story was the rooms were not yet clean, we will call you when the room is ready. We never got a call. We called them at 10:30 , got the run around but eventually were told there was a room for us. We did check into our room around 12:30am. It was filthy. The room was supposed to be available at 3:00 p.m., but it was not. The hotel clerk took our telephone number and said he would call when the room was ready. We received a call at 11:07 p.m. That is 8 hours past the allotted check in time. I'm very unhappy and feel that I should be refunded for some of my hotel expenses. The room was also dirty. Sticky floor from spilled soda pop.

rooms .are old, a mess. clean. but maintenance is rhere. old dated too. need mmore blankets. AC worked well..convenient location to browns stadium

Why isn’t my room ready after check in? Got in at 3pm (check in was 3pm) and was told our room wasn’t ready. In fact, they didn’t have rooms ready for any of the next 20+ customers. We were all just standing around in the lobby as they told us it would be over an hour until our room was ready. We had a concert to go to and time was not on our side with a late check in. Delays checking in …Waited 2 1/2 hours past the 3:00 check in time … reason was rooms were not cleaned . No baseboards in the room , very very old and crappy furniture . The breakfast in the morning were a few muffins that ran out by 9:00am and no milk for coffee (only sweetened cream syrup).
