Soon soon as me and my husband walk through the door the receptionist was very nasty to me. I don't understand why she treated me like that. She didn't even greet me and if you go back and look at the videotape she immediately just start dogging me out where my husband had to step in and tell her to be a little more courteous to me. Very rude, nasty woman.

No one at check in desk. Asked for blanket and extra pillow and was told there were none available. Found several hairs at bottom of bed.
