Rooms felt like they were lightly wiped down during turnover. There were no extra blankets or pillows. the kitchen only had a fridge and microwave, no other appliances, no plates no cups, no silverware. the "breakfast" was just coffee, tea, and prepackaged muffins and Nature Valley bars on a counter. The staff is fantastic, but whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed. It is apparent that they have not given the staff the resources to be successful to provide guest with a comfortable stay.
