There were bugs in the elevator and the flooring was torn. Cigarette butts on the carpet in the hallway. Very bad oders

My view is that I called before I came on my trip I spoke to a great gentleman around 7:00pm 12/09/23 and he was trying to help me book my hotel so couldn’t he told me I can come here and pay in person so when I get here 12/10/23 3:10am the person working the female receptionist was very rude has no type of customer service manners I think she needs to be better trained and only was she rude to me she was also rude to my daughters about a vending machine so I wouldn’t never book with this place again being that I travelled 8... read more

it just seemed outdated - the cleanliness was a little questionable as well. We found little black curly hairs on several towels in the bathroom after we checked in. And the hallways and lobby reeked of cigarette.

Never again Starting with the elevator which was filthy and had burn marks on the floor. Now the room had a nasty smell, the refrigerator looks like it was picked up by the side of the road. Dingy towels thay shoukd have been white were grey.and the green paint on the walls is headache inducing.

Roaches!!! When I got there no rooms were available because they were dirty! The girl at the front desk was so helpful by checking the rooms. She had to do a complimentary room change only for those rooms to be dirty too!! There were roaches all in the room!!!…..I frequently stay here for business trips and never had an issue until this stay.
