Could not stay due to the smoke in all areas of the building..unsafe parking lot. Bed looked like it may have been slept on. Paper stuck in the entry door. Please contact me.

The floors and bathroom completely not clean. The floors were dirty and sticky. The room was filled with cigarette smoke and overnight I could smell marijuana coming into the room. The windows were bolted closed so I could not get fresh air.

This was one of the worst hotels I've EVER stayed at. The entrance was not inviting at all...cigarette butts on the ground, broken tile in the foyer, & an overall feeling of being in an area that was frequented by people that didn't care about their surroundings.

below average Horrible beds................Breakfast ? .Really just serving coffee and granola bars! They should not advertise breakfast I rate this a 5 Building looks nice outside but not what you would expect for 100 a ight in Cleveland . Price should be more like $65.00

I didn’t even check in and tried to cancel my reservation with no answer on their end! They charged me for a room I didn’t even use!!

I traveled all the way from Ohio to be disappointed it’s my son birthday he turned 5 we got her to check in first I was booked for the wrong room but I settled for the room they gave me and when I got there it was a mess like somebody have been sleeping on the beds it’s trash every where it was just a disgrace and we couldn’t even get settled in so it took time from us playing at the park we had go back tell them about it we was only able to play at the park for 3 hours there wasn’t any towels in the new room they gave us an... read more
