Water in the bathrooms was turing brown at one point and they didnt have enough breakfast to feed everyone and they had bed bugs

My trip was canceled before I checked in with no notice that it was in fact canceled. This was due to an overbooked hotel. When told this the front desk attendant was almost joyful to have told me this

The room we had smelled like strong cigarettes.. ppl walking the halls all hours of the night plus knocking on the wall it was a horrible experience I’ll never visit this extended stay again

The room was absolutely filthy. The sheets had stains, the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, there were stains all over the carpet, there was trash under the beds, the bathroom was questionable. Overall we would not recommend.

No rooms clean front desk staff very rude

Disappointed Hotel was overbooked and our room was not available. My family had to scramble around late at night to figure out another Hotel to stay at. This was stressful and frustrating after a 5 hour drive.
