The gentleman that did the check in process was extremely professional and kind. Having a kitchen in room is such a convenience while travelling, Beds were comfortable and Linens were very clean but given the age of everything else it was obvious that it would be difficult for any cleaners to properly clean and sanitize the rooms. Overall the building, fixtures, and furniture are tired and in need of maintenance or complete renovation.

ESA Cleveland The room was very spacious, but the carpeting base is falling down from the wall in some areas. Carpeting looks old & dirty. Teh bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Nice room Spacious room with kitchen.
Ehhh Rook was a great size but was not thoroughly cleaned. Top of fridge had dead gnats or small lil bugs, sofa bed mattress was filthy. The concierge was nice about it and came up to clean it and put sheets while we were out. They were as accommodating as they could be. The hotel has a lot of potential. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again unless there were no other option.

Wood furniture (desk, side table etc.) need to be deep cleaned, kitchen drawer fronts and pulls, as ALL are sticky/dirty too the touch. Bathroom floor was also sticky.
