Cops showed up several times Overall terrible hotel. smelled really bad. Most furniture was falling apart and actually in pieces. Luggage carts barely functional. Cops showed up several times for people fighting in the hotel. Dogs fighting each other in the halls. Easily the worst experience I had at a hotel!!

Not a great experience. Overall it was fairly clean in the room, but once outside the room it was dirty and dingy in the hallways and outside. It was suppose to be a nonsmoking facility but our floor consistently smelled like a mix of cigarettes and weed. It didn't appear that there was anyone out and about ensuring things were being maintained appropriately.

First the fire alarm was tripped at 3A after our delayed flight got us in at 2A, and we needed to be up and social at 9A. No reason was ever given or found, and we were all rousted from our rooms. It appears there are quite a few people being housed there on welfare dollars. Just a skeevy crowd. I can't point to anything in particular, but that's the way it felt. Breakfast consisted of coffee and tea, no food. When brought to attention of staff, I got excuses rather than a solution. Never an apology.

My first room my beds was all messed up and sheet on the floor. And dead insect on the bed. Transferred to a new room immediately

Disappointed Facility was dirty. Trash outside near entrance on ground. Was not picked up over night. Trash can was overflowing. Hallway to rooms smelled like cigarettes and body odor. Giant trash bin in hallway to room filled with smelly food trash. Bed was very uncomfortable. No “grab and go” breakfast.

Shortly after we arrived in our room, my wife began looking for a trash can. She opened a lower door in the kitchenette and the trash can was completely full from the prior guest. Hopefully the rest of the room was cleaned better than this area.
