Room was filthy, carpet was disgusting. Surfaces were not wiped clean. Lobby floor looked like it was never washed. Never again will we stay there. Should have asked for $ back

Room needs attention. Lots of things wrong between maintenance issues and cleaning issues. I did tell the desk and she knew and said they've been waiting for supplies....

This hotel the equipement are very old . The breakfast was included when I was booking in the morning they offered me black coffee saying Covid 19 is alowing as to serve food . Why restaurants outside are serving food ? Never go back to this brand of hotels . Very cheap .

The hotel is in poor condition. It felt dingy.

They over sold rooms and the one we booked was unavailable

Apparently people live there, people hanging out outside, smelled like Marijuana in the hallway. Kitchen sink was broken
