Beware Non- smoking room smoked in. Carpet with many stains. Pull out couch mattress filthy. Staff friendly and gave towels. Only 2 in a 4 person room. Supposed to have grab and go breakfast, but “ corporate took it away” and they haven’t updated the booking site yet.

Bait and Switch I used a filter on hotels.com for free breakfast before I selected this hotel. When I arrived, receptionist said that this franchisee does not offer free breakfast. They did not offer any accommodation for this error. Very disappointed in this hotel since it was booked based on false information from the hotel

Says breakfast included- turned out to be grab and go. Couldn’t even get a blanket. There was never anyone visible at the desk. Had to call for them from behind partition. No ice machine. Ran out of coffee each morning. A full kitchen with no supplies. Would never stay again.

TV remote was dead! Sheets were damp! AC unit was leaking water on carpet Lounge chair cushion had multiple cuts in seat. I will never stay there again!

There was an issue between Expedia providing the property with an essential virtual card for my booking. Expedia were very unhelpful with the reception staff and eventually i had to call Expedia to get a resolution and enable me booking in, this took over an hour and an unwelcome delay and hassle. Once in the no smoking property and in my room all i could smell was cigarette smoke which was coming from the corridor and other non smoking rooms. A lot of spiders was at bed,bathroom,lounge..no lights working on lamps ,smell a lot in the room and corridors..

Thank you for your review. We have observed the room prior to check in and after departure and were not able to confirm the concerns listed. The room was left in unrentable condition after your departure from guest use.
Pictures very outdated the pool is cemented in, room i stayed in smelled horribly of years of smoke embedded in everything. Im sure it was very nice place a long time ago but now is in need of major update. The staff was awesome no problems with them i would say maybe 1 star rating only because of the conditions of the motel
