The worst place to stay in OH We booked a room for four nights as my wife had surgery scheduled at Cleveland Clinic. We booked this place as it had a kitchen in the unit. The moment we entered here, we realized the lackluster attitude. The backside entry gate didn't have any security. Anyone could get into the hotel without any security card. Would never stay here again No hot water, peeling paint, half the baseboards are missing and looks like mold. There’s also a funky smell in this room. If we could afford to stay somewhere else we would leave but we’re too broke. It was definitely not worth the $121 we paid for the room. Plus they were supposed to be queen size beds and they are full

Our room type wasn’t available when we checked in. We didn’t have enough bed space. Very upset.

the room had no amenities, it did not even have coffee pot or hair dryer. I had to go to the front desk and request these.

Didnt get thr rooms i reserved We arrived at about 1:30 and it took about 45 mintes to get checked in with room. More importantly i reserved two Deluxe Studio rooms which should include 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed. Instead both of our rooms had two full beds and no sofa bed. This was hugely disappointing but no way was i going to go back to the front desk.
