Staff was nice however was giving a room in cleaned and trash everywhere. People checked out. The staff did change my room after i complained

Not the room I booked, okay hotel but wont return Was not the type of room i booked. Room was supposed to be queen bed room with a sofa bed. There was no sofa, just a small chair. Very inconvenient when friend arrived and i couldnt even sit on the couch next to her and watch tv or anything. When expectibg a room with sofa and extra bed and do not get the room booked. I booked for deluxe studio with 2queen beds and sofa but didn’t happen. Place have inconvenient door openings for large suitcases. Very strong cigarette smell on the hallways. Deluxe room is presentable but old and lamps doesn’t work, kitchen cabinets sticky to touch. Pillows are lumpy. It says breakfast included which I know I’ve been charge, there was NONE. Staff unpleasant. One thing is good is room have kitchen to eat, store your food. Wifi is actually quite good.

We arived 12:30AM and person at the desk took 30 min to check in couple in front of us and our family. Room bed was not made. Towels were on the bathroom floor, smel of weed in the room. Shower top fauset didn’t work. Very disappointed

Great location near the interstate and airport. Good dining options nearby. Didn't like the dirty room floors and bathroom. Hair on the sink, a dog pee in the corner, and a very dusty floor.

The property is located conveniently off of the Ohio Turnpike. Rates are good. Strong cigarette and musty odors.
