The rooms are dirty, bathroom tub has orange streaks in it, lampshades are stained, paint is scraped off in multiple areas, pull out couch cover dirty, no sheets/ blankets for pull out couch, only 2 towels & washcloths, paint marks/ splatter on couch cushions.

Bugs in room. Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal and muffins and lukewarm coffee. The only good thing was convenience to other restaurants and shopping centers.

Dirty The room we were given was disgusting. The bathroom had a loose toilet seat, mold at the bottom of the shower curtain and around the rim of the tub. You couldn’t sit on the couch because it was broken. The kitchen area was dirty with the cabinets falling off the hinges. I would not recommend this hotel.

very bad too many noise can't sleep

Gross The room I was in was gross. There were stains on the rug. The toilet was brown. The sheets felt dirty. It smelled terrible. I would have left if I had to stay there any longer than needed.

The room is out dated with several blemishes throughout. Walls had chips out it showing the drywall underneath. The shower was disgusting and didn’t drain and the tub needs replaced. There was a ring around the tub. Luckily all we did was sleep. Fortunately the bed was comfortable the sheets were clean. Building had that old smell and the hallways were dark. Complementary breakfast was a joke. Some muffins and coffee.

When we arrived we were told the suite we booked a month ago was not available. We were given a double bed room and were told the price difference between the 2 rooms could not be changed/refunded since we booked through Expedia. We were in a hurry to be somewhere and already running late due to traffic. We get to our room and it is not ready - they were cleaning it. Back down to front desk and we were given a different room which was ready however the cleanliness of the room was sub par.

The room was under stocked. There were no glasses etc. The bathroom door was broken and had no lock. It was dingy and musty with poor lighting.
