The room smells like sewage the toilet is backed up the TV didn't have a remote the phone did not work the room was just nasty

Never staying there again! Room 228. The toilet clogged. The bathtub looked awful and dirty. Stopped at the front desk on our way out. The clerk offered a plunger or to move a room. So we moved. Management wouldn't give money back after I sent hotel.com pictures of bathroom dirty and explained why didn't change that nite ! Management said tub was chipping even worse

I never check in became of a family emergency and they still wanted to charge me for the room.

Too many better places close by. The mattress was worn out. Felt like springs sticking up. The shower needed a good scrubbing.

Bathroom had toilet water on floor. Told staff and nothing was done. Bathtub badly paint cracking. Breakfast was a muffin. That is not breakfast. We have stayed other places in the area and this is the worst. Don’t stay here
