Lost reservation The front desk did not have the reservation made 7 days ago. The clerk was kind, but i had to make another reservation on the spot to get a room. The room was clean and nice, but check in a disaster.

Smell and garbage should have left! Lobby and hallway has a very strong odor of tobacco. The burners on stove were dirty. The glazing in the shower was peeling and was stained. The was a red stain in the bottom of tub. I reserved a room with a queen size bed but only got a double. No luggage rack was provided. The free breakfast was okay. Coffee not so great. Had to make a complaint about constant dog barking. Garbage left inside and outside of property.

No sleeping here Roaches in the hotel, had to ask for dishes, people cursing at others in the lobby, music blaring outside at night, movies blaring in the next room. Hardly slept the whole week.

We showed up after a long day only to find out that the hotel had over-booked, and we had no place to stay. We were left looking for another hotel at midnight. Unsuccessfully. The people at the hotel were no help there either. Wound up driving two and a half hours home. Total disaster. Never again. Only upside: Expedia got me a refund quickly.

The first thing that strikes you upon checking in is that the counter is behind a bullet proof glass partition. My family arrived at the hotel at about 1245 in the afternoon and were told to wait to avoid early check in fees. The room itself was well enough, but the amount of dust on the floor and especially under the bed were ridiculous. There was an old bottle and lipstick under the bed. We held our infant for a whole day until I bought my own broom and mop to clean the floor. I would not recommend.

It took us long to check in. Then the room is old and disgusting. The bath shows some nasty rest. No ice, no water fountain. Their breakfast is only coffee which is not good for kids. Check out also not convenient because the office open at 7:00AM and to check out before 7:00AM will be troublesome. Overall not happy my stay.

This hotel seems to have many people who live there. The hallways smell like rotten food, people are constantly in the hallway making noise, we could hear the people above us walking all night. There was a jug of rotten milk sitting outside the back entrance for at least 24 hours before we left. The shower was dirty with soap leftover from a previous guest. They clearly don’t have the staff for the long-term people. The neighborhood is great tho.
