They gave away my room. I could not stay there. And they didn’t care. They just said they are booked and they don’t have a room which I booked over a week ago.

Hair dryer did not work and took 3 attempts to get one, phone did not work to contact front desk, the microwave stopped working, grab and go breakfast poor, poor drainage for shower.

The room smells like sewage the toilet is backed up the TV didn't have a remote the phone did not work the room was just nasty

Never staying there again! Room 228. The toilet clogged. The bathtub looked awful and dirty. Stopped at the front desk on our way out. The clerk offered a plunger or to move a room. So we moved. Management wouldn't give money back after I sent hotel.com pictures of bathroom dirty and explained why didn't change that nite ! Management said tub was chipping even worse
