I wasn't given the right room that I paid for. The bathroom had used soap crusted to the shower, it was so dirty I couldn't even use it. I am appalled.

They gave away my room. I could not stay there. And they didn’t care. They just said they are booked and they don’t have a room which I booked over a week ago.

Hair dryer did not work and took 3 attempts to get one, phone did not work to contact front desk, the microwave stopped working, grab and go breakfast poor, poor drainage for shower.
