What I didn't like was the building was really old. And the smelly cigarette smell. The spiders and something running around on the floor at 4:00 a.m. going under the couch. I was up after that. I bring my own supplies just in case . It was a pet friendly hotel and their standard of cleaning was disgusting.I was checking underneath the cover. Their was a ward of dog hair. Dog hair all over the floor. I can't discuss the bathroom. I'm just so glad I had a clean shower curtain..

Staff was not welcoming nor really attentive to issues with my first room. They never picked the phone and I kept getting transferred to the call center. The room smelled of smoke and even when I had to change rooms because of a clogged toilet, the “new” room also smelled of smoke and had a clogged sink. I was simply glad to get out of there.

Not what I expected. Bathroom was dirty and there were spiders.

Despite being almost empty, every refrigerator on the property is running 24/7, what a waste of energy. The rooms look old and there is no cleaning or changing towels or sheets. Breakfast is minimum and there is no restaurante.

I didn't stay. After making reservation through hotels.com extended told me no rooms available. It's the 2nd time this has happened. So i also give hotels. Com the lowest rating. It's barely worth getting the free nights because I'm getting billed for 2 hotels... the extended stay and then the one where i actually end up staying. Why don't you keep in touch with the hotel? What's the point in offering this service if you don't actually bother to know anything about the host hotel?

My first encounter, was interrupted by a guest, as his pit bull charged at me down the hall. He called the dog back, I don’t know if his dog was friendly or not. But a charging Pitt bull is never a good thing. Please require your guest to have their dogs on a leash. My first room had a horrible smell in it, so I requested another one. The lady at the desk was helpful, the second room was better, with a comfy bed, however the new room had a microwave that didn’t work, along with a noisy dog across the hall that barked at EVER... read more
