This Extended Stay America is the pits. I stayed in room 110, it was a nightmare. The tub was disgusting. I ended up going home each night to shower (for those wondering, I only stay there because I was showing my home to sale all weekend and needed somewhere to stay that was pet-friendly). The bedding was clean and luckily my pets left without fleas and me without bedbug bites. The decor and appliances are at least 25-30 years out of date. abigal from customer service had an attitude after i told her washing machine didn't work the machine stole my $2.00 in coins such a hassle. I stayed all week and every night i had to get a new card activated to get into hotel..poor coordination with contractors to come inside the room while i was sleeping to do maintenance on ac unit...smh

This place is kind of a dump... the bathtub was so dirty. Everything was old, the dishwasher wouldn't even open, it was a mess. Not worth the price at all. Everything was so gross. The free shampoo was not good, it did not feel clean and the hotel reeked of smoke!

HORRIBLE the toilet was clogged from the previous person using that room which is absolutely gross. The front desk did nothing about it because it was too late, that's on top of giving us the wrong room key at first and we walked into someone's room................
