The Lady was very rude at check inn down to the room smelling like smoke ashes in the draw

Do not stay here. Don’t Do it. If you like comfort, cleanliness, good customer service, working amenities do not stay here. The pictures do not accurately reflect the hotel. I would compare staying in this place to living in a inner city projects. Cheaper is not always better, and sometimes you get what you pay for.

This was the worst experience of my entire life. There were dirty towels folded and placed next to the sink with eyeliner and eye lashes stuck in the towel. This made me not feel comfortable taking a shower at the hotel. On departure my boyfriend checked the hotel to see if I had left anything, however I never use any drawers or cabinets dig out stay

Hard bed, smell of smoke in the room. No cups in room and no ice maker near room.

The room had an odd smell. The lady at the front desk was very rude on check in last night. And the person at tje desk was rude this morning upon check out. It seems the staff did not want to welcome us or say thank you. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The location is great and the main areas ( lobby; parking lot) were clean... but the rooms were dirty. The manager kept offering guests to move them to a different room when they complained. The breakfast offered was pathetic... cereal bars; mini muffins; oatmeal packets and coffee period. You had to beg for clean towels and I was told they don’t clean the rooms daily and only change the bed linen when you bring the dirty ones to the desk.
