The hotel was a nice and clean hotel. The lady at the front desk was a little rude, when it was time to give us the room key she just slid the envelope with our cards and said that’s it.

When we arrived the King room we booked was “unavailable” because they were all dirty due to lack of housekeeping staff. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana smoke and when we finally got to our room we found it to be very dirty and even worse we found it had Bedbugs, we promptly took our bags and left the hotel. This is an AWFUL hotel you should avoid at all costs!

disappointing Entire hotel smelled like weed, staff acted as though they didn’t understand anything we asked/said. Shady doesn’t even begin to describe the entire experience. Will rethink using hotels.com next time.

Considering the location is within a business park, one would think that appearance and cleanliness would be the norm.. but no, not here. Room had a smell, counters and even table desk top were dirty, and for an extended stay hotel.. kitchen was average.The front glass doors to hotel were dirty, smudged, and looked they weren't cleaned in a long time.

Problens with check in, long wait period/process time when nobody in line. Had to go backndown to checknin because of the room. Wont be coming back!

This place needs updating the bathroom was below par and no coffe maker in the room. You needed to go to the desk to get one, also breakfast cheap no fresh fruit

Room dirty. Damaged broken furniture. Trash from previous customer's still in the room
