When entered the room I went to the bathroom and there was tiolet was over flowing with poop. It was awful

Annoyed Curtains stained No remote to TV and they did not have a spare. Customer service horrible. No one greets you, no one knows anything. Three days there all shifts poor customer service. Coffee all three days empty or horrible. Just a demand for training with personality! Other extended stays totally different experience

Smelly Dirty smelly scary and could not wait to leave and will never ever stay in any extended stay ever again

There are better options in the area. Checked in around 10:50pm. I guess the “concierge” was ready to go home. She simply handed us an envelope and said good night. We had to figure out on our own it was the room keys and where our room actually my was. I then asked when restaurants closed and she replied while walking away “I have no idea.” Freezer had trash in it from the last guest. Tub had sand or some kind of grit in it too.
