Not very clean. Asked for extra pillows, got them but no pillowcases, what is up with that? Cigarettes burns throughtout room, and smell of cigars throughout building. Little breakfast available after 8 am

Hot Mess Extended Stay so I walked in and no one was up front I had to holler really loud to get their attention and I knew they saw me standing up there on the camera. So then they give me a room that was supposedly non-smoking but I couldn't even walk in the room the smell of smoke was so thick. Look else where first To start check in was was not personal or friendly with no eye contact,and the room toilet looked as though it wasn't cleaned and covered with stains the room was dusty, the coffee (no cup lids)was cold and not fresh also the muffins felt refrigerator cold when visiting the area again,I will be looking else first very disappointed

Didn’t stay the second night Stayed here for a business trip.. It took them over 45 minutes to check me in . It was a non smoking room but the hallways smelled very bad of marijuana . Felted uncomfortable walking to my room . People were up in the hallways late into the night. Room was not in great shape . I will not go here again and left early to another hotel due to the conditions .

They said there was breakfast and no breakfast just grab and go. Not is a great location.

I made a reservation for a King sized room/Suite & it was paid. When I arrived they had said they had sold my room & had to step down to a double bed room & made me pay a few dollars extra. The point of the reservation is to hold the room. I will be getting in touch with cooperate about this. It was a huge inconvenience for me & my fiance.

Just ok The first room had looked like it hadn’t been touched and had an odor but the customer service was very good. Hey he overall feel was not too professional but the room served its purpose

They have a bad smell in the hotel and rooms , the staff have bad attitudes , there bathtubs are filthy ! Never staying here again!
