The facility was not clean, dogs barking, people screaming in the hallways, etc.

I waited an hour only to be told my reservation wasn't processed by Orbitz. I traveled over 50 miles and I wasn't compensated for this inconvenience.

No plastic ware. Only one machine in the “gym” worked. Wasn’t informed about any breakfast, if there was one, I missed it by 9am

It was not a good experience staying at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, the tv needs to be updated and there was trash on the hallway floor. The only good thing is the people working at the reception.

Ants in the room contacted the front desk they did not seem to be concerned. Said there wasn’t anyone there to help me. First room I went to smelled of old grease. Kitchen appliances were old and rusted.

We had a 1st floor room. Around 10:00 pm someone started pounding on our window. I called down to the front desk and got no answer. Called a second time and still no answer. My husband had to go to the front desk and the clerk came out of the side room. He told the clerk I had called twice and she just shrugged and said she didn't the phone. He told her about the window pounding incident and she didn't seem concerned but said she would have "security" walk the premises. We were very concerned and didn't sleep well. The rooms were outdated and needed upgrades. Many of the rooms the toilet and the bath tubs were stained and not clean. The rooms need to be taken off the availability list and be upgraded. Terrible terrible. I regret staying there
