Didn’t stay the second night Stayed here for a business trip.. It took them over 45 minutes to check me in . It was a non smoking room but the hallways smelled very bad of marijuana . Felted uncomfortable walking to my room . People were up in the hallways late into the night. Room was not in great shape . I will not go here again and left early to another hotel due to the conditions .

They said there was breakfast and no breakfast just grab and go. Not is a great location.

I made a reservation for a King sized room/Suite & it was paid. When I arrived they had said they had sold my room & had to step down to a double bed room & made me pay a few dollars extra. The point of the reservation is to hold the room. I will be getting in touch with cooperate about this. It was a huge inconvenience for me & my fiance.

Just ok The first room had looked like it hadn’t been touched and had an odor but the customer service was very good. Hey he overall feel was not too professional but the room served its purpose

They have a bad smell in the hotel and rooms , the staff have bad attitudes , there bathtubs are filthy ! Never staying here again!

This place is not a hotel. Little did I know that "Extended Stay America" means this is a long term residence for people who needs a place to stay. I don't want to say the right terms, I don't want to offend anyone... They don't do housekeeping until the first week of stay and yet Expedia markets this place as any other hotel. Shame on Expedia. Please read the other reviews too to get a better picture...

Check in took forever. Staff was indifferent and border line rude. When we finally got into our room the toilet was full of water and feces, making it obvious the room wasn’t cleaned. When we complained we were blown off. I had to go back to the desk a second time and then the manager said she had to look at the toilet, leaving the check in counter with only one person slowing things down even more. Check in was at 3 I arrived at 4 and my room had been double booked. I waited 1.5 hours to get into a room. Unsympathetic staff. Wouldn’t recommend
