My husband and I stayed last Saturday night in Room 243, a standard queen room. We travel quite a bit, and we generally look for moderately priced accommodations in well-known hotel chains that include breakfast. Rooms noisy due to refrigerator noise and guests banging and stomping during the night. Bathroom faucet not working correctly and can be safety issue. Laundry room washer not very clean. Should have an emergency first aid kit near front desk The staff was very nice and helpful

Bed Bugs, they had to move us to another hotel. Once we arrived to the new location the staff was so rude to us.
We called for a late check in, we were told if we arrived after 11pm they couldn’t guarantee us a room, however we were already charged for the room. Save your money, book somewhere else!

Minimal toiletries. No ice machine. The elevators smelled like Ang. Other than that, it was not too bad.

Hotel desk was vacant most of the time. Folks out of sight in their office or elsewhere. Free breakfast very minimal. Couldn't even get coffee at 6:30 am the day I left. Had more trouble with Expedia when I tried to extend my stay 2 days. They didn't speak very clear English and wanted to raise the rates even though the place was less than 10 percent booked. The office folks helped then in spite of Expedia.
