This Extended Stay America property was average. The location was a little difficult to find but located in a central location. I was not impressed with my check in. There was no one staffing the front desk when I arrived and I had to call out after a couple of minutes. My confirmed room was not available even though I arrived 45 minutes after the official check in time. I was given an upgrade without charge which was appreciated. Other than the convenience and proximity to the Lacrosse tournament that my daughter was playing at, the property was disgusting. Stains in the carpet, window treatments, hallways etc. The satellite reception didn’t work, laundry facility was a mess and one of the dryers drum bearings need to be replaced. When u dried clothes, the banging could be heard down the hall. Room smells like someone has been smoking there for days. Hotel staff did confirm they having smoking rooms even though entire facility has been listed as non smoking when called to complaint to extended extended stay and Expedia, both did not help.

Hotel was advertised as with breakfast. Only coffee and oatmeal packs don't qualify as breakfast.

This place is OLD. It smells - I thought it was more of a chemical smell. My husband thought it was cat urine. We went to a nearby Wegmans and bought Febreze to combat the smell. The furniture is old and scarred. The tiles in the bathroom were peeling and the tub and toilet were stained. "Free breakfast" was mini packaged muffins and granola bars or packages of oatmeal. Rude staff We were standing in the lobby waiting for someone to come check us in for a good 20 minutes because there was a sign that said something along the lines of "I'm with a guest, I'll be back shortly, if you need immediate help call.." So we waited, it got to the 15 minute mark and I started calling the numbers on the sign that was sitting on the counter. Still no answer from either number. The front desk staff is not capable of problem solving, couldn't figure out how to get the clean linens out of empty rooms to give them to us to use. Hotel mostly empty over the weekend. Iron didn't work, couldn't give us a replacement. The "breakfast" is granola bars, packets of oatmeal, coffee. Would not stay again, do not recommend.

Hammering until 8pm. Kept losing satellite for t v air conditioner kept going on and off.

We were first given Room 3011. When we got in we trash on the floor all over place, and bed was still mess. The room was never cleaned after the previous guest. The hotel hallway dark and dirty. Room furnitures and appliances are old, not in good shape, not clean either. Overall, it’s a most terrible hotel I have ever seen.
