Worst customer service Worst customer service I have seen. I booked this room for two days but end up leaving after first night of stay. Then I booked another hotel in the area. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.
Lousy Stay Check in was satisfactory. Strong smoke smell throughout hotel. Non smoking room smelt like someone did smokes and appeared to be covered up with a spray of some sort. Extended stay to us meant there should of had plates, cups, etc in the room but nothing was available. We found out later you needed to request everything you needed. We should have brought our own items! Bed was uncomfortable and pillows had no substance. When We asked for another pillow we were told they had none. Only one trash can in room. It... read more

Awful customer service. I'll never stay with them Awful customer service. I'll never stay with them again.
The hotel is run down and dirty. The first room I had was filthy. The second one was better but still run down and stained. After I found a dead bug on the floor I had to leave, I couldn't even stay there.

Decent sleep but dirty bathtub. Stayed the night for a friends birthday, sleep was well but when I woke up in the morning around 7am to shower I walked into the bathroom shower to see it looking as shown in my picture like I was in a frat house. I was totally disgusted n decided to leave and go home to shower, stopped by the front desk to inform them of it but I stood there for a solid 10mins with nooone coming out of the back room.
