Aweful Managers friends were having a party above my room. When i complained he called them on his cell phone. I had to complain twice

Good location I was checked into a dirty room. The other room didn't have a trash can.

No Working Tv, dangerous electrical sockets, smoky I arrived at 5 and waited 15 minutes for someone to show at the reception desk. Got to my room and no Tv. They brought a TV that did not work. Two of the electrical sockets had no safety plate. I plugged my laptop in and the wires were showing and a child could have electrocuted themselves. They moved me to another room with a working Tv and despite it being a non smoking room it stank of smoke. The staff agreed but offered no suggestion or alternative room. The bathtub was not cleaned and had dirt in it. There was soap scum all over the bathroom. Unfortunately we were too tired to look at it when we checked in and only found about this in the morning. Will never ever stay at this Extended Stay again. Equally bad was the fact that I booked the hotel room on the promise that breakfast is served only to be told (after check-in) that there would not be any breakfast as there was some shortage.

Think Twice My family and I stayed here Thanksgiving night. I had a lot of difficulty getting through to the hotel to request a late check-in, but the front desk person was quite nice once we got through (it took 4 phone calls for that to happen, though). Overpriced needed maintenance. First, the microwave didn't work. When I brought it to the attention of the from desk, they said they knew. Why would you have a room that supposedly has efficiency features and not have this addressed. The heater coil needed to be cleaned or maintained. They said that was a problem throughout the hotel. Breakfast was lame, and there was no hot water for tea or hot chocolate. Would not book here again.

Skechy This hotel obviously hasn't been renovated from the days when it was a smoking hotel. Sketchy people roaming the hallways and hanging out near the front door in the middle of the night. Bolt on door didn't align with the door jam, so it was useless. Clientele apparently steal things from the room, because despite being a long-stay hotel, you have to request a coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, and everything else for the kitchen from the front desk.
