This place is OLD. It smells - I thought it was more of a chemical smell. My husband thought it was cat urine. We went to a nearby Wegmans and bought Febreze to combat the smell. The furniture is old and scarred. The tiles in the bathroom were peeling and the tub and toilet were stained. "Free breakfast" was mini packaged muffins and granola bars or packages of oatmeal. Rude staff We were standing in the lobby waiting for someone to come check us in for a good 20 minutes because there was a sign that said something along the lines of "I'm with a guest, I'll be back shortly, if you need immediate help call.." So we waited, it got to the 15 minute mark and I started calling the numbers on the sign that was sitting on the counter. Still no answer from either number. The front desk staff is not capable of problem solving, couldn't figure out how to get the clean linens out of empty rooms to give them to us to use. Hotel mostly empty over the weekend. Iron didn't work, couldn't give us a replacement. The "breakfast" is granola bars, packets of oatmeal, coffee. Would not stay again, do not recommend.

Hammering until 8pm. Kept losing satellite for t v air conditioner kept going on and off.

We were first given Room 3011. When we got in we trash on the floor all over place, and bed was still mess. The room was never cleaned after the previous guest. The hotel hallway dark and dirty. Room furnitures and appliances are old, not in good shape, not clean either. Overall, it’s a most terrible hotel I have ever seen.

No Working Tv, dangerous electrical sockets, smoky I arrived at 5 and waited 15 minutes for someone to show at the reception desk. Got to my room and no Tv. They brought a TV that did not work. Two of the electrical sockets had no safety plate. I plugged my laptop in and the wires were showing and a child could have electrocuted themselves. They moved me to another room with a working Tv and despite it being a non smoking room it stank of smoke. The staff agreed but offered no suggestion or alternative room.
