The check in staff was wonderful. The room was clean except for a bug I saw. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told they were spraying this coming week. Maybe the staff could have apologize..

Like: convenient location to Interstate, restaurants and shopping. Size and room set-up. Dislike: Rooms facing Lake Murray Blvd. are very noisy from loud cars and trucks. Breakfast items were all carb. based.

There were some weird noises at night, also no dishes and no coffee pot in the room unless you ask for all this at the desk. The staff was nice. Cracker Barrell is across the parking lot so that was a plus.

All the staff we came across was very helpful and friendly. It was very appreciated to have people who were kind and generous with their time. The facility needs a little update (the bathrooms and toilets specifically), but they keep it clean so that helps. I wish the breakfast included something other than granola bars and muffins, and maybe had options for bagels and fresh fruit. The entire hotel smells like smoke despite saying the rooms are no smoking. It's awful.

The light in the bathroom took 10 minutes to come on plus i had to hold the stopper to drain the water out the shower also whoever cleaned that room didnt check under the bed it had trash and other people clothing under there
