Rude customer service Tried to check in but the hotel advised me there was no rooms available. Desk clerk was rude. There’s isn’t any convenient parking for check in I stayed at this hotel the previous night and there wasn’t any coffee maker in the room, no cups or silverware.

Toilet over flowed first time used. Went all over floor. I cleaned it up needed more towels asked at desk 3 times never got cleaned or more towels

The hotel website states there is breakfast, but coffee, oatmeal, granola bars & muffins is not breakfast. There were bugs in my room & when i told staff the answer was "you're not going to find a place that doesn't have them". Not enough towels in the room & when asked for more, we couldnt have them. Theres bo ice machine but the front desk has small bags of them but those are rationed also. Wont stay here again ever & i should get my money back.

When we arrived the only available room had furniture that was chewed up by pet of previous guest!!!
