This property was disappointing. Upon check in, we were charged for our room which we had already paid for on Expedia. I found my receipt from my Expedia payment online and came back down later and was reimbursed but it was a hassle. There were multiple dead cockroaches in the lobby. Our room smelled like Old garbage and there were bright red stains all over the carpet in both rooms in addition to a disgustingly stained mattress on the pull out couch my Kids were sleeping in. SOOOOO disappointed!! Super disappointed with this hotel! I had stayed at an Extended Stay in another area and had been very happy with it, but this location left much to be desired!! The “on-the-go” breakfast was nothing but a small basket of granola bars and packaged muffins, and nothing else- no juice or anything to drink at all. The breakfast was one of the reasons I had booked my room, so I was really unhappy with that. Also, the room just looked budget!! pool closed, this is not a hotel it is an apartment building for the underbelly of the local workforce. breakfast was handfuls of granola bars put out by 2 coffee pots which neither was filled in timely manner. dogs left unattended in rooms and barked ALL night. it was a place to sleep and worth nowhere near what i paid

WARNING Found two roaches on the floor in our room. Whole hotel smelled like cigerette smoke. The service was rude. No dishes. All appliances were dated from the 1980. Left over left in the dridge from the tenant before us. No ice. Could hear through all walls and hallway. Air conditioning did not work. Pool was already closed and nobody told us. Way over priced. Do Not Stay and pay more than 40 dollars a night. That is what its worth!!!!

When we went to check in after our hockey games (11pm) they informed us that the room was unavailable. Richard, at the front desk told me the room had a damaged pipe. My guess is they booked the room and if we didn’t show up we would have been billed for it. Will not trust extended stay again for our hotel choice anywhere in the future.
