Bad night Worse stay ever. Didn't have tv for 4 hours because of the rain. After rain, there still was no service. After cable came back on, finally went to sleep. Woke up tp a fire alarm at 3am. had to stand outside in rain for an hour. Worst night ever.

The lining in the room was dirty as was the bathroom, no hot water, definitely not satisfied.

Disappointed! So disappointed! We were not told that the pool would be closed or that breakfast had been discontinued. Those are 2 key points that I searched for when booking and this hotel popped up. Yet we were not told till after we checked in and asked where those items would be that we were told we couldn't. I have young kids and their disappointment was sooo sad!! We were also asked to be quiet in our room when our kids were already in bed and my husband was the only one up. He was just walking! The check in I was waiting a hour outside calling the office phone number an walking round the bluidjng looking for front desk worker my room was half clean the beds wasn't made up

Bed bugs! Had to leave after 2 hours. Air conditioner in bedroom had both knobs broken off. Blowing full blast 50 degrees. It was horrible.

The only good thing i can say is there was no bed bugs but our room and sheets smelled like cig smoke half the cabinets had no nobs shower curtain rod was hanging off so our curtain did not shut all the lights in the room did not work
