Poor decision didnt feel safe, wasn’t very clean, stunk, no security, faucet broke. No dishes in the dirty kitchen cabinets. dimly lit parking lot felt extremely unsafe. Was a smelly dive hotel that should cost 35 a night not 175.

The Cleanliness Of The Property, Dog Hair On Blanket On Bed, Sheets Had Dog Hair, Removed Covers, Requested New Ones & Urine Stains On Mattress Cover. Human Hair On Towels On Sink. Tub Drainage Not Working, Water Stopping Up In Tub, Tub Has Mushy Feeling & When Stand At Back Of Tub The Front Goes Up & Vice Versa. after calling and confirming it was an available room they called and told me that they were overbooked. i’m looking in my email & i was charged.

Smells horrible As we opened the door to the room, we were assaulted by the overwhelming smell of cat urine. I reported it to the front desk and was given a bottle of Febreeze. There were no other 2 bedroom suites available. We sprayed the carpet 3 times to no avail. The smell awakened me several times from my sleep. Upon checkout, I returned the bottle of fabric freshener and reiterated that the room should not be used due to the smell. Horrible Horrible Horrible I needed a couple nights to rest. My check in was pretty smooth, but the room I had was on the first floor. I heard the sounds of a marching band up and down the hallways above my head. My room was next to the pool and I had to endure the smells of cigarettes and marijuana both nights. If you are looking for a party , this is the place, but when you need adequate rest, go elsewhere.

Upset customer This was a stop along the way after a LONG day of driving. Outside and reception area is nice. Check in was pleasant. However, the room was a disaster. It’s smelled like smoke. It was horrible. The room was old and not clean. Hair in the bathroom. And WORST of all, there wasn’t any hot water. Just cold. No warm. Just cold. And after a long drive that’s what we were looking forward to.

-5 stars 1. The room wasn’t clean 2. The AC in the room by the bed did not work 3. The bathroom sink was clogged 4. There was no hot water in the shower 5. My key didn’t work one day 6. The staff wasn’t always around 7. The bed was hard

The property was ok but again upon arrival or departure no one was at the desk. That is not ok for guests at anytime during their stay. I don't think we will be staying at this hotel again.
