Rooms are dirty, smell like smoke, noise level is high, there was no breakfast. No coffee, but a granola bar. Big let down. Won’t be back.

Not up to standards We checked in at approximately midnight and once we got into our room we noticed many things not right including the fact that the security door on the side was not locked there was an immediate order The shower was not clean the towels were stained as well with the sheets and the light fixture in the bathroom was nonexistent with wires hanging down as well as paper clips holding it together. Roach in room! There was a roach in the room. No one was at the front desk and the place smelled like mildew. The room was so dirty that we couldn’t shower because the tub was dirty, there were dust bunnies everywhere, especially in the vents. The toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it and the bowl looked like it had not been cleaned in months.

Location is great. Short drive to almost anything or anywhere in Columbia. Not sure if this hotel is going under remodel or if the owners are slow at repairs. The ceiling at the front elevator is missing, 12'x20'. In my room the shower area needs all new caulk and outlet plate at bath sink is not secure. 2 of the lights in my room didn't work. The wifi is spotty and I shouldn't have to pay for decent wifi.

I checked into my room and it smelled. I looked in the bathtub was dirty with a dead bug inside of it. I went to the front desk and there was a sign saying that they stepped away. I had to wait for the them to return. They changed my room and that room smelled too. I got a refund and left.
