Roach in room! There was a roach in the room. No one was at the front desk and the place smelled like mildew. The room was so dirty that we couldn’t shower because the tub was dirty, there were dust bunnies everywhere, especially in the vents. The toilet seat had a cigarette burn on it and the bowl looked like it had not been cleaned in months.

Location is great. Short drive to almost anything or anywhere in Columbia. Not sure if this hotel is going under remodel or if the owners are slow at repairs. The ceiling at the front elevator is missing, 12'x20'. In my room the shower area needs all new caulk and outlet plate at bath sink is not secure. 2 of the lights in my room didn't work. The wifi is spotty and I shouldn't have to pay for decent wifi.

I checked into my room and it smelled. I looked in the bathtub was dirty with a dead bug inside of it. I went to the front desk and there was a sign saying that they stepped away. I had to wait for the them to return. They changed my room and that room smelled too. I got a refund and left.

The shower was dirty in the cracks and crevises. The staff was friendly.

My first room I was placed in after a long day and evening at work had bubble gum inside the sheets. I was them placed into another room and the tub was molded and the floor of the tub was rusted, pubic hair on the shower wall, the rug was badly stained and the top of the toilet was broken.

Do not stay No information at check in. Found out when we got to room theee was no cooking items in room even though web site stated it’s in the room. You have to get stuff from front desk but was not informed of this. We rented two rooms both were dirty and smell. Found used wash rags in room as well as trash. One bedroom smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. A pack of cigarettes was found behind night stand. Ugh Old. Choice for breakfast - tiny muffin or a tiny muffin.

The internet stated a full kitchen and it definitely wasn’t, we had a 2 bedroom suite and both bathrooms had dirt stains in them. Contacted front desk and was initially told there was nothing they could do because they we the only one working and the manager wouldn’t be able to address the issue to the next day, then the representative came to attempt to clean the bathroom and after scrubbing for several minutes stated that one tub was basically rusted out and the other was indeed dirty.
