My first review was too kind! Not only did they change my room reservation to one with only one bed. Not only did the first room smell like smoke (in an allegedly non-smoking hotel). Not only was the lobby bathroom filthy and uncleaned all weekend. I just got my credit card bill and they charged me for an imaginary subsequent stay that never occurred. $294 for a visit between 8/24 - 8/26 which never occurred. Thanks for the extra hassle!

Share your hotel with tray and roaches. The hotel should be ashamed for raising their rates to rake hurricane evacuees, But the room didn't even have basic amenities, tissue, soap, coffee, and coffee maker. Staff was very uncaring deferring things to an absent manager. The best part was the roaches that came out at night. I would have left, but because of the emergency no other place was available.

Labor day stay... The front desk was absolutely rude AND not helpful at any time. Pool was very dirty and so was the area around it. Keys wouldn't work. Had to get 5 different new ones. Kitchen items lacking. Coffee maker was pitiful. Remotes didn't work. Breakfast was horrible, nothing to choose from. It's all very disappointing because the room size and layout were awesome.

The bed was totally uncomfortable. The pull out bed had no linen had to go downstairs to retrieve and wouldn't allow me but 1 pillow also the linen on the bed was very thin

Promises Broken The hotel was unprepared for a deluge of guests for the great american Eclipse. Promised ammenities were in short supply. ( Kitchen was supposed to be stocked with some supplies - but was actually barren, had to go to walmart to buy coffee mugs) My booking was changed to a room with one bed instead of two. I received zero notice of this change. Bathroom in the lobby was filthy and never cleaned during the two days I was there. What a mess Nasty worker at front desk. Room was awful. Smelled like fried chicken and French fries. Filthy isn't even the word. Disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Left in 5 minutes and stayed across the street at the Hyatt Place. Huge difference. Do not stay at this place.

There was urine in the back elevator, and girls working out of their rooms. One girl solicited my friend as he was walking to his car.

Deceiving and unfriendly This was not a good hotel stay for me and my family. First off check in took way to long and it seemed like they didn't know what was going on. The hotel was near the freeway and there was noise all night long. When checked in we were told there was breakfast and coffee. (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) When we went down to get breakfast all they had was bags of instant grits. When we asked the front desk they told us they were waiting on a shipment.
