Need to Hire More Help The room was fine but it was not equipped with any supplies. Everything you needed you had to keep going to the front desk to get, even extra toilet paper. The hotel staff was limited. Had to stand around to wait for someone to show up for help. No maid service if not staying for 7 days. Breakfast was limited. Staff limited. Won't staff here again.

Place Sucks Most uncomfortable couch, recliner and bed I’ve ever been been in. I would have loved my money back to go else where. Plus had a herd of horses as pets staying right above us and the staff did nothing about the complaint. Never again will I stay At a Extended Stay

hotel over-booked I was called by Extended Stay at 2pm on the day of check-in and told they were over-booked and did not have a 2 bedroom suite available for our family of 6. They stated that a current hotel guest wanted to extend their stay so they were given priority and since we booked on hotels.com and not the Extended Stay website we were first to be booted from our room. stay away motel The room had bugs! holes in the carpet, dirty utensils in the dishwasher, open electrical wires in the cupboard, cracked sink in the bathroom, broken faucet handle in the powder room area, all around dirty! air conditioner leaked water on to the floor, and the room smelled of must! had to pay for the 4hrs we stayed there.

Don't do it. Good price bad quality Poor service, no housekeeping. Room was loud as it was next to an electrical room. The refrigerator was loud and sounded like it was going to die. The guests above us sounded like a team of elephants playing basketball. There was trash in the hallways that was there our entire stay.

The worst experience ever! When I arrived to the hotel and viewed the exterior and interior everything appeared fine with the exception of no water in the outdoor pool. Once I unpacked I noticed that I could hear everyone above my head walking and my floor also appeared weak. This was confirmed once I attempted to shower. The shower floor was so weak it felt as if I was standing on a waterbed! I also saw a small roach bug in the room! I will NEVER stay here again.
