Spend your money elsewhere The hotel was run down and dirty. Couldn't wait to check out in the morning.

The staff are rude and disrespectful. Roaches crawling on walls. Just not a comfortable place to stay in. Remote barely work for the television.

BED BUGS ALERT! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! I stayed in room 137. I had driven all day and arrived late at night, I had forgotten to check the bed and room for bed bugs. I went straight to bed, and when I woke up the next morning, I found that both of my legs and part of my abdomen and my back was covered with about 30-40 red itchy bumpy red spots from bed bug bites. Not a very good experience It was a ok-ish room for a one night stay, the room was not very tidy and the corridors were not very clean + the smoke alarm in my room kept on beeping every 10 mins not allowing me to sleep at all. I would not suggest you stay here again.

I liked the hotel was closed to shopping and Riverbanks Zoo. It was nice and quiet even though it was right next to an interstate. This hotel was supposed to be a smoke-free property. My room smells like there were 15 people in there with cigarettes. I went to the dollar store and bought lots of air fresheners. The hotel staff did not offer me any compensation.

Awful The service was decent. There was a crushed roach on the wall and the ceiling over the shower was dripping water and looked like it was about to fall in. If I hadnr already paid I would have stayed at the Embassy across the parking lot.

Was in a dark place, could not find the office to check in. Room smelled of smoke. Their idea of breakfast was a granola bar & did not even have coffee ready yet at 9:00. Was not at all what expected, very disappointed & will not be staying there again.

My experience was good until it was check out time the reason why I say that because someone stole my wallet out my room.....I was getting ready to leave getting everything situated left out to check out around 9 :53 am

Terrible hotel full with roaches I found roaches on the bed and they were everywhere
