I liked the cost and it's location. I liked that it had a kitchen. I did not like the smell (urine). I'm not sure if it was the floor or bed. The facility could use some updates.

Horrible. Accidentally left my bag in my room, came back a few hours and magically there was no bag found in my room which I know was in there. Horrible smell in the room. Not much help at the front desk. Had to bang on the door to get service. Just horrible.

Nobody is the front desk for check in so you have to wait until you call customer service then customer service cañls the hotel manager then a girl with terrible attitude opens tje door. I waited over 30 mins just to get a room.

The room TV was broken from the stand remote not working. The door to the hotel was unsafe had opening on the side of the door. Did not feel safe had to put towels on side of door to block opening. I reported to Manager she did not seem concern. I was to going to call Hotel. Com to report safeness was not good in the room to request my refund back. The facility was in complete disarray. The staff member that I dealt with was extremely rude and she had no clue what she was doing. I was given wrong information and was charged 3 times for a 1-night stay.

The fact that I've had issues with rooms assigned are not prepared at 6pm. It's unacceptable, unprofessional, and the lack of concern by the staff is appalling.

Never checked in and asked for a refund First room they assigned us had a broken air conditioner, missing molding around the bathroom sink and dirty, unvacuumed carpet. Went back to front desk and they gave us keys to a new room which had wonderful air conditioning but wreaked of smoke - we requested non-smoking. We left and found a nice Red Roof. This Extended Stay was nasty!
