Leakage Ceiling was leaking water on me. And room storage comes around at 9:20 asking if you're checking out at 11 am. Wakes you up, so you won't be able to go back to sleep. And they make lots of noise baming on your doors. A Caucasian man comes around as I'm sleep taking pictures of the back of the TV saying their doing a survey. Very harassing and unprofessional. And my car was also stolen and I ask the front desk did they see anything and they said no.

Very bad hotel. Not clean. I don't like at all. I will never stay at this hotel again.

KC Kc breakfast no good , room ok!! No good experience...

Cigarette butts all in front of hotel, loud residency, unfriendly staff, no iron in room, broken toilet seat, broken handle in shower, red spots on carpet at first I thought look like blood stains, but front desk said it was finger nail polish, I've stayed at much better Extended Stays better than this place.

Smelly rooms Our first clue about the hotel were several posted signs about making sure that no items were left in cars. Our car trunk was FULL because we were travelling, so we dragged everything into the room. Upon entering the room, the smell was pronounced. The tv remote was not switching channels, so the clerk came by to check. He then brought us a new remote which did not work any better, so he concluded that the tv must be at fault. I asked if he could get us a different tv, but he said ,No," that they were all bolted... read more

Out in the Cold I was not able to stay at this location. I was very late with my business meetings and unable to check in early. When I arrived at this hotel the door was locked, when I called the hotel no one answered the phone. I also knocked and pounded on the door with no response. I called corporate of the hotel and they also called and could not get anyone on the phone. I was then out in the cold with no place to stay very late at night. Thinking for sure I would have to sleep in my car.

No electricity, nobody to help The power was out in the room. Tried seeking assistance and nobody there to help.

Dirty Tub was dirty and I saw roaches

Good service, bad room. Room was unclean and bug infested. Service was very good and friendly. You get what you pay for.
