Terrible-filthy, dirty, washer under repair and so no spare towels, room floor dirty, room had ketch up spills, walls spoiled with dirt , sheets torn, blankets have holes, breakfast promised as per reservation but not provided as the new franchise removed it . Expedia however said they will reimburse the breakfast with receipts. Unable to sleep as noisy outside with swearing in and they have to call police. They stole my stuff when I went out, claiming they'd trashed it. Laptop charger, perfume, towel, clothes etc. Staff were very rude especially the manager. I had to call the Police before I was compensated. I'd rather sleep under a bridge than spend another night there.

The rooms were smelly like dirty rotten feet. Tried a couple different rooms and they all smelled.

False advertising. No breakfast included. Ever. Then on 2-26 they took away the free coffee in the lobby. Staff was a true blessing. Bed was comfortable. Definitely needs updated.

Was ok until viewing of roach festation!!! My stay was okay up until I started seeing roaches while cooking and one crawled on me while sleeping

This was the worst place we have ever seen!!!! The description and pictures provided did not even come close to being accurate. Our non smoking reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoked detector was removed from ceiling. I guess if you needed to buy some drugs, you didn't need to go far, there are dealers right out in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague!
