I experienced hair inside of my bed upon flipping the covers. I had to get new sheets also there was used soap in the shower already. Also stains throughout the room it was quite noisy with kids running throughout the night

It was horrible bugs ! The place was was dirty the bathroom door didn’t close ! Every time I wanted a a towel I had turn my old ones in myself so no extra towels nothing it was just horrible

Check-in was pleasant. Room was supposed to be smoke free but reeked of cigarette smoke. Bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet seat was loose and falling off the toilet, a hazard and hotel room itself was acceptable for laying your head down for the night but outside of the room was dirty and unkempt.
