Don’t let the pictures fools you. The only nice thing I can say about this hotel is that the lady who checked us in (Marva) was super sweet. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights, came to Columbia for our jobs. At least 3 out of the 5 nights there was a stench of weed as soon as you walk outside. Sketchy characters with missing teeth smoking who knows what in the darkest spot of the hotel. Rotted ceiling on top of the shower. Roaches in the room. The shower had mold in the corner. The shower had no hot water. The top blanket on the bed had some yellow stain on it. The TV's satellite keeping losing signal and it's wasn't the weather because it was sunny and blue skies.

Never again! I learned that you really get what you pay for! I can honestly say that the staff was very friendly and accommodating to fix mishaps and a issues beyond their individual control! Phone system down...unable to take credit card payments... It was an awful & very very frustrating experience..I was given keys rooms at check in that were already OCCUPIED! Twice...no really twice! Stay at the Embassy instead... Roaches. No housekeeping service, police was arresting a drunk man. No dishes, people walking around hotel that was asking for drugs. Not good.

Nothing! The air conditioning didn't work propetly, holes in the wall, toilet did not work properly, and some of the towels were dirty. Was moved to a different room and mattress was filthy with crumbs.

Rooms were not clean. My child found someone else’s trash under the bed. Some of the lights and outlets didn’t work
